Speed

We usually deliver the parcel to the dispatch point the next day. Pickup is fast and without queues.

Informative SMS

As soon as the parcel is ready for collection we will inform you by SMS with a collection code.

Pick up points

Zásilkovna (Packeta) has more than 5,000 brick-and-mortar delivery points in the Czech Republic + more than 3,000 Z-Boxes. List of outlets HERE.

Cash on delivery

You can pay the delivery in cash or at selected outlets by credit card. You cannot pay by card at Z-Box, but you can pay the COD online in advance by clicking on the tracking link.

Pick up date

The shipment will wait for you at the point of delivery for up to 21 days, but beware! For Z-Boxes and Alzaboxes, the storage time is 3 days due to high load.

Shipment in the trunk of the car

For Skoda drivers

Be a pioneer of modern technology and have your package delivered directly to the trunk of your car wherever you are. The service is available if you are a ŠKODA user with a 2019 model year or newer, with ŠKODA Connect services with remote unlocking activated and a registered ŠKODA Connect account.

Choose the time and place

Order a shipment with delivery to a drop-off point, for example, and then use the app or click on the "We've accepted your shipment for transport" link in the notification email to redirect it to the trunk of your car. Leave your vehicle parked in the selected and available location on the selected day and time. Authorise the service by logging into ŠKODA Connect.

Data safe and secure

The data exchange is in encrypted form. The car can only be opened by the delivery driver within the time period you define. More about this service HERE.
